Our engineers have built a solid reputation over the years for carrying out thorough and accurate work that speaks of quality workmanship provided by skilled professionals.

Upon sample roller or machine drawing delivery, we can manufacture new made complete rollers on site. However if it is more convenient we can arrange for a drawing to be done on your premises, from which we can make a new roller. 

Rollers are made from prefabricated tube with steel ends and dynamically balanced to standards G1, G2.5 and G6.3.  Our facilities allow us to dynamically balance rollers with an overall length of 3.6m and with a maximum weight of 2 tonne.

Roll covering and machine grinding is carried out as required with certificates of conformity available upon request.  Journal and bearing surface repairs are carried out by mig wire spiral welding and are centre lathe turned to original try bearing surface.
