Jet Rollers (2005) Ltd offer a complete and comprehensive re-cover and re-conditioning service supplied by our team of expert staff. We take pride in our thorough and accurate service being delivered at speed, due to our understanding of the problems caused by machine down time. 

Once your rollers have been brought here on site by one of our trucks, and have been labelled and measured, they are then stripped with any necessary engineering work carried out in house.  The rollers are then re-covered, in materials selected by our team, and cured in one of our three autoclaves.  In order to complete the process, rollers are then ground using a digital read out process to required sizes.

Jet Rollers (2005) Ltd are one of the few companies within the UK who have their very own in-house electric vulcanizer.  This process allows the elimination of journal and roll body staining, which is highly suited to Original Equipment Manufacturers. 

Final inspection is carried out by our Quality Inspector with the roller then being packaged in order to ensure the safe handling and storage of critical roll coverings.
