Jet Rollers> Services ROLLER SERVICES Jet Rollers (2005) Ltd now offer a complete and comprehensive re-cover and re-conditioning service with all engineering work carried out in-house. We take pride in our thorough and accurate service being delivered at speed, due to our understanding of the problems caused by machine down time. Our team here at Jet have complete control over the whole process through on-site drawings, material selection, manufacture of roller, curing, finishing and quaility inspection. Our facilities in Accrington allow us to accomodate for rollers upto a maximum length of 6.25m and with an overhead cranage of 5 tonne. ENGINEERING SERVICES In addtion to our first-class roller re-covering service we also have our own in- house engineering department allowing us to cater to all of you roller needs from simple journal end repairs to the manufacture of new complete rolls from mild, carbon or stainless steel. Upon provision of a machine drawing or sample roller we can then manufacture rollers here on site. Alternatively, if it is more convenient for you we can arrange for a drawing to be done on your premises. RUBBER COMPOUNDS With years of experience in the rubber covering of rollers Jet Rollers can provide covering in a wide variety of compounds including Polyurethane, Silicone and Nitrile. Our compounds vary in hardness from 20 - 99 shore A. With regards to application on paper machine rolls, steel, alloy, fibre, glass and carbon firbre, our hardness ranges from 0/1 P&J to 300 P&J.
